URL Shortener bought can download but not sure if it is in your system?

Just to say I bought the URL Shortener App.
There was some kind of error message after purchase.
Can not remember what exactly.
It was just one sentence on a white page of death.

I can download the App and everything but maybe you just want to double check your records at your end.

Also I did not get any kind of confirmation mail but maybe this is always the case with Apps?!?

Just thought that I would let you guys know now rather than later down the road...
