URL issue with upgrade to EasyDiscuss 4

I upgrade to EasyDiscuss 4 and everything appears to have gone well except for the following 2 issues with respect to the URLs

1. URL structure has changed to include IDs
They have changed from
/community/category/subcategory/topic
like
https://www.orthogate.org/community/hip/rehabilitation-following-hip-fracture-surgery/rehab-following-hip-suurgery

to
https://www.orthogate.org/community/87-hip/97-rehabilitation-following-hip-fracture-surgery/53-rehab-following-hip-suurgery

where they are including IDs

I have tried to resave the Community menu item but that did not make a difference

I have changed and used the 2 different Search Engine url methods to let EasyDiscuss set itself or to enter in the one to use and it does not remove the IDs

2. There is now a Forums item
https://www.orthogate.org/community/forums
But there is only 1 Forum

If you goto Categories
https://www.orthogate.org/community/categories
Then you see all the categories and subcategories

The URLs for these are like
https://www.orthogate.org/community/categories/2-ankle/3-ankle-anatomy

and again have IDs present

But if you goto the Frontpage layout for EasyDiscuss and look at the URL for the Category shown for the Topic is is instead

https://www.orthogate.org/community/forums/87-hip/97-rehabilitation-following-hip-fracture-surgery

and now includes community/forums/

How to fix these issues with the URLs now?
We do not want /forums/ present and need to get rid of all the IDs so our current URLs are same as previous URLs

Best regards
