Uploading videos

We are having issues uploading videos from the iphone on one of our sites blogs. It appears to work fine if we upload a video from an ipad or via the laptop; however when we try to do this from our mobile phone it throws up an error ‘A problem occured with this webpage so it was reloaded’.

You will need to test this on a phone as it works fine on other devices.

Please find details below of how to access this:

Login to the following site using the details provided on this account.

Select Diary from the menu
Then compose a new post entry (see Add new post.png for details)
Upload a video (see Upload.png) - please ignore it says upload image as the text is incorrect and should be media.
Select ‘Add Media’
Select ‘Photo library’
Then upload a video from photo library (see image 1)

At this point the site shuts down and specifies ‘A problem occured with this webpage so it was reloaded’ - see image 2. This does not happen if uploading from an ipad, on the laptop or if you select ‘Take photo or video’ (rather than accessing from the photo library).

This may also be linked to safari as it appears using chrome on the iphone works.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
