Uploading Profile Photo and Cover Image should be More Direct

When you click upload avatar it brings up a box that allows you to click browse to upload a photo. Why not have the upload avatar link go straight to image browse? This is how facebook and many other communities do it. The reason they do it is because it's one less step hence it's simpler to do it in that fashion. Don't get me wrong, the box and the buttons that pop up look beautiful, but we want EasySocial to be as simple and speedy for the user as possible. The text on the popup box says "Select a photo on your computer to upload as your profile avatar". When clicking upload avatar we already know that's what we are doing.

So in short, make it more direct.
