Upload limit warning is not properly displayed during avatar change in profile edit page

When I try to change my avatar in profile edit page, If the image is bigger than the limit, the warning message is not seen properly, instead, It changes the background of the navigation tabs of profile edit page with warning alert style. I tried to solve it but couldn't figure it out.
