Upgrading my easy social version for the security patch

Hi,
I received your email saying there is a critical update required to prevent a security breach.
My Easysocial dashboard says:-
Great! EasySocial is up to date
Installed version: 1.4.8 Latest version:

However, you mention the latest version is 1.4.11. How do I upgrade this from the backend itself?
