Hi there, I've tried to upgrade EB 3.9 via the launcher installer. It seems to install everything but hands on the maintenance screen with no indication that anything is happening.

Can you assist me with why this is or point me to any resources?
The front end does appear to work, but it says I have no blog posts so I think something has not completed.
