How can I update the default avatar + cover photo for users, groups, events?
Users
1) I uploaded a custom default avatar for new users who don't upload a profile picture.
- You can see the photo in the back-end settings, but it's not populating in the front-end for new users.

*Also, where can we upload a default cover photo so it's not black?
