Updated EB 5.0.38 for ES 2 now has a header issue when reading full blog?

Since updating EB to 5.0.38 a user header appears for guest users when reading the full blog. I'm guessing that's not the intension?
You can see from the screen dump the differences it has using ES 1.4.12 and ES 2.0.0 Beta 2
I need help on the live site using EasySocial 1.4.12 and EB 5.0.38
You see, I would have rolled back to a backup but I got in a few important registrations before I could do that making it a bit tricky.
