Hi,
I have tried to update the staging version of my site to the new version of easy social. I have installed the latest launcher and also tried upgrading via the component but the site always gives me an error at 20% and won't continue.
When I use chrome inspector tools I get a 500 error which when I click on it gives me an error saying 'unable to extract .zip file. Please contact support.'
I'm unsure on what my next step should be to fix this problem as I won't to be able to upgrade my staging site to test and then update my live site using the same steps.
