Update streams in dashboard without refreshing page

Hello. I use iOS.
When I navigated to Dashboard and accidentally hold finger and moved it down, page displayed “load icon” and refreshed stream without refreshing full page.

But I can’t repeat (replicate it). Can you please instruct me with screenshot or video? Where should I hold finger before move (scroll) it down? It works only on mobile?
