Ok i have an update question not covered anywhere in the forums I can find.
I understand you only support the listed domain in dashboard.
Yet you allow it to be installed on other domains with no support ... understandable.
Until recently all installs even those unsupported showed valid versions and no update needed. Recently only the domain in the dashboard shows current version no update needed.
Any other install shows update required but fails as no api is asked for anymore. and yes they are current.
Have you changed something?
As you do not offer a multi-domain license I would assume this is an issue to both of us. you must experience load on your servers and support time from folks just like me wondering why this is occurring.
What can be done to rectify this? No I don't expect unpaid support but I do expect your software to show current info not bad information as you allow it to be installed on any domain. saying update required on current install is bad information and complete waste of time for both of us.
