Update of PayPlans 4.2.14 to 5.03 will not finish

Hello, I have downloaded the v5.03 installer to update my Palyplans 4.2.14. I uploaded the installer and the installation never seems to finish "Post Installation Cleanup" step. Also now my site gives me an error Class 'PP' not found.
