Update Notifications

Most Joomla components alert you when an update is available through the primary Joomla Control panel.

Is there a way to ensure that available updates for EasyBlog appear on this list? Currently, it's only when loading the component itself on the backend does an update notice appear. Additionally, I'm using a remote update program called http://www.watchful.li/ - this system notifies and enables updates be made to sites on a remote basis. All but the EasyBlog component show up on my system when updates are available. The EasyBlog component itself shows up in the list, but no indication is made when updates are available.
