Hi. I recently created a new user Profile under Easy Social called 'DCC Online' as well as a User Group of the same name that has the 'Registered' User Group as parent. Users classified in the other child groups filed under Registered (i.e. 'Coach' and 'Champion') have no issue logging in. But for some reason, the two users of this profile type cannot login. Please see the attached shot of the error message I am getting.
