Understanding Team Blogs & Groups?

Hi SI Team

I have a Blog post here:

http://finalbug.net/blog/entry/490-all-you-need-to-make-your-movie-for-free-01

It is posted in the group:
All Members:

http://finalbug.net/groups/item/2-bug-all-members

The thing is that it was written by two members:

http://finalbug.net/profiledrop/62-paurray
http://finalbug.net/profiledrop/500-archy

So I would like to give both members a credit which I guess means a “Team Blog”

http://finalbug.net/blog/teamblog

I have 11 Authors listed all though I have 3 in the back end here:

http://finalbug.net/administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=teamblogs&layout=form&id=1

In the section “Site Contributors”
As of now if I go to the post in question in the editor/top right hand corner I can go to the associates section.
If I understand this correctly I can:
a) Put the Blog post in the “Team Blog” section.
Thus it turns up here ONLY:

http://finalbug.net/blog/teamblog

BUT not here:

http://finalbug.net/blog

i.e. not in the Blog/List front page.
OR
b) I can put it in Site Wide or a group such as ”BUG All Members”
BUT not in “Team Blog” at the same time?
I guess the question is can I have a Team Blog in a post and have it turn up on the Blog list/front page.

I hope this makes sense

thanks
Paul
