Undefined index error prevents use of Easy Blog quick posting

I received an error using quick post in Easy Blog.

I tried to use quick post, with one photo a title and one paragraph of lorem ipsum. I also tried with one video, title and description and I got an error - see attached. I tried the same process however this time I tried to post a png image file size 15.6 kb to prove the original error did not relate to a file size issue. Please review the error in the attachment and tell me how to fix the system. This is a new install and I have never successfully used quick post. Can can however post in the backend editor using add media.

Second, see the caption error images attached. I provided a screen capture of the editor dialog and the post shown in the webpage. Note the caption gets covered by the image.

Finally, please fix the size of your error dialog box so 1. we can move it, 2. size it in order to take a meaningful screen capture to share the error with you. I could not expand the width of the error dialog window to show the full line text and the dialog windows was vertically shorter than the length of the error message. This cause me to capture two separate images to make one screen capture. Improve our performance so we do not spend time posting to the forum.
