I discovered a bug in the latest version ( 3.2.9248 ) when adding tags.
5 times I clicked New, added my tag and clicked Save & New. I am immediately brought back to the Dashboard and when I go back to tags, there are no tags added.
If I just click Save, it creates the tag fine.
Running on Joomla 3.2.0
