Unable to click a items in stream menu via Mobile (Chrome & Safari)

Hi Team,

ES 1.2.8
I would like to report a bug with EasySocial, with an element reaction with only happen on mobile device (I tested with iPhone, iPad, iPad mini & Android 4.3 Tablet - Safari & Chrome); This issue is not happening on desktop version with mobile window size but explicitly only with real mobile browser (chrome and safari, latest version both). Tested with your demo site, same issue.

- Items within this stream item menu is viewable (can be opened) only. Items inside is not clickable on mobile.
- I have tried with both Chrome and Safari on BOTH iPhone, iPad, and Android 4.3 tablet (Sony Xperia tablet Z), all not working except desktop version browser
- I tried using default template (Joomla 3.2.3) still no help
- this issue does not happening on desktop browser
- SAME issue with your Demo site (http://demo.stackideas.com/)

Please advise if there will be a quick fix or anything I modify can fix this. Thanks.
