two profiles one moderated by the other

Hi

I am looking to see if my question is do-able in EasySocial

2 Profile Types
1 Adult
1 Child

Adult can moderate child's account so wont allow posts etc on child's account till parent accepts notification on Adult account?
Or any way I could set this up?
Or looking for way to have safe Junior profile type
