Twitter Still Not Working

Hello,

I have re-created the app for this site multiple times, nothing is working, the icon doesn't light up in the backend. Says "Blog post successfully shared to Twitter." but doesn't push.

Again I know this isn't on our domains listed, but until we figure something out so you can support all our sites. I need this resolved, and I need to know what you do so we can have our team fix it moving forward as it is still happening on multiple sites.
