twitter:card How do I set the metatags for individual blogs ?

Hi there I am a bit confused where the metatags supplied by twitter dev, as for example :
meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image"
meta name="twitter:site" content="@xxxxxxxxxxx"
meta name="twitter:title" content="xxxxxxxxxxxx"
etc..

Will have to be written ... I applied a twitter.php fix that mark supplied in a different thread, my twitter cards is set to enabled in easyblog but where the hell do I supply the metatags for an article written in easyblog ?????

Many users are goin to wonder how the heck to implement this especially when using joomla !!! We are not all ready to spend weeks trying to figure out messy code ..

Any help appreciated ..
