Trouble With Cron Job and Email Not Sending

I'm trying to get the subscription emails sent out (testing on my new site) but they are not sending. I have set up a cron job using Cpanel that reads:

/usr/local/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://nottheturkey.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&;task=cron"

Is this correct?! Is there anything else I need to do? I've set it to run every 1 minute for now until I get it working.
