Translation tab for ES categories etc make it easy/quick for other lang. translations?

Q: I create a category in ES Pages with title ie "Member pages" and want to translate that to another langauge ie Spanish as example that is "Páginas de miembros".

There is no tab in ES backend for categories where I convinient can translate just the tab heading for ES Pages categories ie "Member pages" --> "Páginas de miembros" so I have to go to Joomla override and open a new Spanish translation for "Páginas de miembros".

So I go to Joomla override and start a new Spanish language override for Member pages and search for the "value" Member pages that I have created for the English version b u t Joomla/ES can not find the English created ES Pages category Member pages.

So people/me are lost to make the corresponding translation. You can choose between search for value and Constant and this is a mess to try to find the corresponding Constant.

Q: Why cant ES social instead have a corresponding tab for heading titles where you can directly translate to other languages easy? That would be very good for each of ES different features ie Groups, Pages, Albums, Videos where you set up different categories and also related langauges?
