Translation project

Hi I'm currently working on a website for a client and they want to use multiple languages on the site, I found a solution using a plugin that uses Google Translate but the translations were very inaccurate... so we are going to hire a company to do the translations for the site. the problem is that this is my first multilingual site in Joomla that I'm going to build. Is there any component or extension that any of you guys could recommend me to ease the process and not have to create every single site again..
