Translation: front-end issues

1. Notification appears in English insted of being translated - see attachment.
2. Time / date format - it would be easier to make them change according to user profile language or country settings. I still cannot manage to switch to 24h format. The same is about date / time picker.
3. time / date format, event header - Date appears as 16th instead of 16 for polish language.
4. Once event was deleted (backend) a calendar entry remains instead of being deleted too.
