Toolbar Search is loading the Joomla Search (Not Easy Socials)

When a user conducts a search the "see x result" link points to a search menu item, which in turn gives no results - also it appears that the index isn't quite correct -

There are multiple users that meet the "jami" search, yet only 1 is returned.
