Some input that I think can be good for user experience:
> Emoticon in Messaging
> Hyperlink (doesn’t functions now)
> Attachement -> Can only be sent if you write something; it would be useful to send them even in the absence of text
and for Admin:
> Possibility for simple modification of color/font in Settings from Back End
> Possibility of choosing chat bar instead of chat icon

Two other little input for you (is it okay to write them here? Or there is a dedicated board for suggestion about this plugin?):
> When you enter in a chat, now the first messages of the conversation is seen, so you have to scroll down to see new messages. It would be better to see the first non read messages.
> It seems that now it doesn't accept the RETURN, and in a long text the paragraph are glued together.
> Useful to insert a little arrow in the chat for fast scroll Up & Down.
> Emoticon from mobile device (the one that are integrated with keybord, like emoticon in keybord of Apple device) doesn't appear.
> It would be useful if when you type in the chat, then go through the site, the text remain (as a draft).
