Timestamps in outgoing notification emails is off by 5 hours

The emails that are being sent out report a wrong time. If you look at the image you will see that the email was sent out at 7:50 PM on Oct 5th. This is correct. My Joomla Server setting is for Chicago time zone and that 7:50 PM is the correct timezone. However, the message that is being sent is stating that the message was sent out five hours into the future.

In Joomla I have the timezone set for Chicago which is a GMT -6. When I login to our email server which is Google it is marke at GMT -5.

But it seems like the message on the email stating when it was sent is reporting possibly in GMT.

Are there settings in the StackIdeas configuration where the timezone is also set?
