This is part of a group of reports related to time zones.

Because a user cannot specify the local time zone, then a global community of users experiences a lot of confusion about online Event scheduling.

Because an Event doesn't have a time zone attribute associated with it currently, just a date, users in some time zones experience the Event disappearing from the current list of Events (displayed when clicking on Events in the top tool bar).

This issue occurs even for an Event that is an all-day event because the day ends in some time zones before others.

As a workaround until time zones are implemented for user profiles and for Events, the system could continue to display each Event as a Current Event until 24 hours after the Event has ended, then move it into Past Events.
