This is part of a group of reports related to time zones.
Because a user cannot specify the local time zone, then a global community of users experiences a lot of confusion about online Event scheduling.
If each user could specify a time zone in their profile and each Event was created/edited with a particular time zone then...
The system could display each Event in the user's local time zone.
The system could also indicate the time zone of the Event (i.e. GMT or whatever) after the time of the event.
For people in a time zone that put the Event on another day/date, the Event would also change the day/date as well as the time.
