The thing is you can't tell the time

It's Friday Dec 4th fast approaching midnight in your neck of the woods. It's the weekend for you any minute now. You're showing:
"Support team is offline
It is currently off working hours and most of us aren't around. Rest assured that we will get back to your issues as soon as the day starts tomorrow!
Official support hours is from 10AM — 7PM Monday to Friday (GMT +8)"
But here's the thing, you won't be getting back tomorrow because it's the weekend and unless you've changed things you don't work weekends do you?
It's not a big deal but attention to detail is what is expected of quality software producers
