Theme does look different than it should

Hi,

I selected the "timeless" template for the forum. However the Avatar and also the rest looks completely different than your demoed image

Why is that?
I also tried to change the avatar size to 320px however no change (neither in the displayed, nor the pop up size).

Can you help me there?
