The reminder notification says app instead of the users name?

Hi there, as you probably know after a certain number of days easysocial sends out a reminder notification to say to a user that they are missed essentially, this is great, however the message on my site looks like this below and obviously I would prefer it to say the users name than app. Any ideas on where to change this or how to fix this?


Dear app,

We noticed that you haven't logged in to our site for quite some time. Is everything alright on your end? The community misses you and we would be very happy if you log in and share with us some of your stories and updates.
