The "Ask a Question" screen

Hi,

I'm working with ED at: http://whazzat.org/forum.html

Please see attached screenshot.

I'd like to:

1) Stop the ED toolbar from displaying on top of the fixed navigation menu for the site when scrolling,

2) Remove the "Select post type" dialogue box, and

3) If possible, move the "Select category" dialogue box into the position formerly occupied by the "Select post type" dialogue.

How do I do this?
