Text fields on Video Quick Post

Would it be possible to add some text fields to the Quick Post - Video similar to the Photo post (X2)? See attached.

This way a user could post the video with some pre- or post- (or both) descriptive text.

Is there a way in which we could easily enable this or edit the quickest template to allow it?
