Telephone Field - Privacy

Please add the attached to the telephone user field:
media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/telephone/config/(ADD FILE HERE)

Run the Privacy Discover Tool

Add the following to the language file, or create an override for the following language string:
COM_EASYSOCIAL_PROFILES_FIELD_TELEPHONE = Who can view my telephone field

I would also recommend adding an update to the EasySocial Installer to change the "Mobile Phone" field from a text field to a telephone field and setting the default privacy to Only Me.

I had created a custom phone field in EasySocial 3.2.x because users were complaining about the potential to be doxed.

Adding this additional privacy will help prevent this from happening from unsuspected users.
