Team blog subscription confirmation - issue with label

Hi there: When a user subscribes to a team blog, they receive an email. However, in the body of the email, rather than generating the name of the Team Blog they subscribed to -- it generates the field label example "COM_EASYBLOG_SUBSCRIPTION_TYPE_TEAM" (see attached)

This same thing happens with regular blog subscriptions too.

Please advise on how we may fix on this end.
