my subscription has already expired, but i am still in the process of adjusting the configuration of payplans to my needs on my DEV website.
through a post from a user i now also got to the topic of the tax function in payplan: https://stackideas.com/forums/basic-tax
with your addon app "basic tax" you can, according to my tests, as far as I can see the simple processes of the tax for EU specifications to manage - business to customer (B2C) taxation.
However, in addition to B2C, in my project it is the plan to provide also the ability to sell AD Spots to business (B2B) with the Advertisement function from Easysocial in combination with payplan.
in concrete terms this means, if a user/company want to buy a AD Spot the taxation looks as follows:
- if the buyer without a tax ID is from the same country, the basic tax is applied.
- if the buyer without a tax ID is from another country in the EU, the basic tax is applied.
what is "Reverse charge"
- if the buyer with tax ID is from the same country, the basic tax is applied.
- If the buyer with tax ID is from another country in the EU, no tax is charged, because the reverse-charge system applies.
Customer liable for the tax (i.e. under the reverse-charge procedure) – the words ‘Reverse charge’.
