System hides banned user's stream items

Hello.
When admin ban user, system doesn't hide user's albums and videos. Thats correct - if admin would like to remove videos and albums, he should delete user.

But system hides banned user's stream items about videos and albums/photos. It's not good because other users continue to comment and react to banned user's content. And we should see activity in stream, but it not.

I suppose system should not hide stream items by banned users.

we still can see his albums and videos, but can see his stream items
