System - EasyBlog Composer : what is this for

Looking at my plugins I found this plugin disabled. This is how it was installed, however when I opened it the descriptions says:

This plugin is required for EasyBlog Composer to working correctly.

Which gives me 3 questions:

• Should I enable it?
  
• What does it do? is it the parser for Composer syntax/code?
  
• Do new default installations set this to on?
