Switching off ES User Cover Profile on ED discussions?

I am sorry but this has me really confused.

In an ES Group I select Discussions and start a discussion!

In an ED Group I select Group and start a discussion!

Where in the 1000s of ED settings can I switch off the ES Profile Cover? That displays in both variations of ED above!?!
