I would like to suggest it as default rules (add new user points):
If user1 likes user2's video (photo, stream post or other stuff) I suggest user2 (author) get user points. So he can get "reward".
At the moment ES has similar User Points:
It will makes user add more content and social more active.

Add award for users that share content (if this conted get any reaction).

Earn points when someone likes your reply for a discussion inside page
It will makes user add more content and social more active.
