Suddenly a month 5 old stream entry is up, though it should be archived already

Hey there,

problems getting more and more. New problem is that suddenly a stream entry went up to the top which is 5 months old, though I have set to archive entries older than 3 months. Strange thing is, there is a comment, that is not shown always. Sometimes the comment is there, sometimes it is not. The member told me, she did not made this comment to this entry, so the comment went wrong somehow.

You can see between the 5 month old and the comment by Karen is sometimes appearing another comment that should not be there, though the whole entry should not be there since archiving after 3 months is activated...
