Can a user subscribe to all activity on EasyDiscuss, including new posts, replies and comments? At present it looks like a user can subscribe to all new posts, but has to either make a reply or comment, or explicitly subscribe to a post.
A designated support person on our end needs to do this to monitor issue progress even if he's not actively involved on a particular one.
