stuck on step 4 error extracting

Hi,

Just bought the bundle and I am having trouble installing easysocial. Rest installed with no problem. I am getting stuck at step 4, getting the error message ("There was some errors when extracting the archive from the server. If the problem still persists, please contact our support team."). I saw someone ask the same question but no written explanation on how to resolve the issue.

installation via network: i get the error message "The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this."
