We are testing out the Stripe payment processor in sandbox mode.
When we try to update the billing info on our test subscription, the blue "update" button keeps spinning without ever completing the update or generating an error.
I've tried to use the test card numbers from
this page, and I've also tried to disable sandbox mode and use real live credit card numbers, but nothing is going through.
I appreciate any help you can offer with this problem.
note: We have an active PayPlans license. But I'm not sure how to add our domain to the license for the Help Desk tickets. Where can I find this setting?
