Stream-Items hidden for not logged users

Hi everybody,

I just realized that stream-items are public, but the answers to stream-items are hidden for non-registered users. This causes some problems, because lots of users think, questions are not answered.

How can I change the privacy-settings so a stream-item is always shown INCLUDING the answers? When I comment a stream-items, there is no option to decide about the privacy.

Here for you to see an example, the first screenshot is from a registered user, the second from a non-registered:





This case is a good example: The User complains about something, but it was just a missunderstanding. I answered this in the stream and all is great.

But ... for a non-registered user it looks like a complainment which was ignored. And this is a very bad situation in terms of marketing for me ...
