Stream Items from Deleted User or Posts still in Database

hi, in my easyblog_stream database are a lot of old entrys from Deleted Users or Deleted Posts!? i just wonder why i get still old urls from deleted posts in my sh404sef cache and now i know why..all these urls coming from activities overview in Dashboard! also stream items from deleted users should be automatic removed from easyblog_stream database!
