Stream Custom Filters are segregated

Attached to this post is two screen shots showing the difference between the filters of ES 1.4 and 2.0. You can see that the custom filters of ES 2.0 have been completely separated from the feed. It made sense to have the filters that you create be in the main feed list, it gave a sense of being native to the news feed lists. In addition to this it's now further down to access the custom filters. Organization is a great thing, however I don't think it makes the stream more organized in this case. It makes the feed filters feel a little more complicated.
